About
My name is Vladimir Kostov
I studied at culinary school for four years, training as a professional chef. After finishing school, I completed six weeks of training in Italy, where I developed my skills in Italian cuisine.
Following this, I worked for four years in Cyprus, including Ayia Napa, Nicosia, and Limassol, where I gained experience in Cypriot, Greek, and Eastern Mediterranean dishes.
I have over 14 years of experience in the UK, working as a chef across North Yorkshire, Harrogate, and Skipton. I later moved to Manchester, where I worked at Bar & Grill, Radisson Blu Hotel, and the National Cycling Centre, alongside nutrition chef James Yates, cooking for the British Cycling team. I was also part of the opening of CitySuites Hotel in Manchester and worked at Box Football in Cheadle.
I worked at Arley Hall Gardens with Chef James Yates, catering for BMW, Bentley, private events like for cast of Peaky Blinders TV series or The Christie Charity, and weddings.
As a freelance chef, I have worked at Mere Golf Resort, Mottram Hall (with Executive Chef Andy Green), Gotham Hotel (with Executive Chef Rob Taylor), Stock Exchange Hotel (events for Channel), Hilton Hotel in Manchester, Village Hotels, and football stadiums.
